Really great - we have already taken food out of the food truck a few times and everything was always great - the schnitzel and the cordon bleu that we got on the weekend were great and especially the best potato salad far and wide

Dinner and staff top - host flop! We were business guests at the Krone Waldburg during the Oberschwabenschau trade fair (10 people, 10 nights each), the rooms were ok, the bathrooms unfortunately not very clean, the heating was out of order for the first five days, but then it was okay. The breakfast was very straightforward and simple. The dinner, however, was very good, very plentiful and the staff was extremely friendly, really perfect. But the landlord / boss / owner was completely different: The first contact on the phone was very unfriendly and condescending, the first encounter wasn't better. Due to the opening times of the restaurant (closed on Sundays from 6 p.m., closed on Mondays, if there are too few guests also closed on other days as required) we were in the hotel car park on Saturday after the fair at around 9 p.m. to wait for more work colleagues and to join us break up dinner together. In addition, music played from a mobile phone. We immediately complied with a friendly request from a member of staff at the hotel to turn off the music. Nonetheless, the landlord came to us a few minutes later and asked us very aggressively to leave the parking lot immediately and threatened us immediately that otherwise we would "spend the night in the car". I have about 50-60 business hotel nights a year, but I can't remember having been treated this badly. It just has nothing to do with hospitality. That's why it's clear to me: never again Krone Waldburg ...

Ambiance is good, service was friendly, unfortunately a bit understaffed. Salad was very good. Food tastes good. The side dish was a bit tight and Schnitzel with fries I would have liked some sauce or at least ketchup. So it was a bit dry. Overall, but delicious.

Good day, if anyone is interested: The Krone Waldburg is very good with the service, the food and the prices. BUT: Since the middle of 2018 the Krone Waldburg is no longer open for clubs, regulars' table guests or similar. because the host and guests of this kind can no longer get along. The crown is very important for workers who are looking for accommodation and for clubs that hold meetings, gatherings or events. Also at events in the village, Wirt repeatedly takes a stand against the clubs. Everyone who wants to be a guest here should decide for themselves whether the fact is justifiable here. Hotelrooms are okay, as well as the food. Not great

Stayed for a week, the rooms are basic and do what they should. The decor is older but for sleeping ok. Breakfast is only from 7 o'clock, with coffee to go, but if you have to get out early, it is empty. Handy reception is lukewarm, wlan only for reading well, Netflix and co can forget. The place is small and a small castle above which is easy to reach on foot. Staff nice and wishes. Okay.

Will meet most normal Western expectations.

Good hotel

The hotel is perfectly fine for the night. Located close to Ravensburg, making it ideal for excursions. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. The food is okay so far, the breakfast should be something for everyone.
